No matter what response our bodies and minds have been trained by our society to project automatically when we're put in a situation-- you must still speak what's really on your mind.

Honesty is the only way to interact with the people around you and the body has proven time and time again to send mixed signals, wrong ideas; it can't be trusted.
But your words can clear up your actions. If people understand where you're coming from they can de code you and understand.
If every thing's on the table, every thing is at least more honest that it otherwise would be.
Speak your truth softly most of the time, but when your heart is on the line, scream it from the rooftops.

What you just wrote is exactly what I've been going through the past two days.

Please please please try to come home again soon. I swear I will be here, and not leave you to go someplace random.

That wasn't enough time.

I'll call you soon.
