I live in a snow globe.
Such beautiful snow swirling ontop of everything.
Snow deeper than Molly is tall, we both had to jump over and over as we ran around the front yard together last night in the dark celebrating being home and finally being out of the car.
I already feel better here; surrounded by family and friends.
Surrounded by snow.
All of my silly fears and lonliness are covered by these inches of snow. And allthough it's only an insulating cover it's nice that they are quieted none the less, even if it's only until the sun comes out again.
When there are no leaves on the trees you can see all the way through the woods.
When you stand outside it's a thundering silence of thousands of snowflakes falling on others, every creature is tucked away in some space staying still to stay warm and alive. A time to hibernate.
Such a beautiful snow.
