horses can sense what's going on with you.

when you're scared, they get scared of what you're looking at.
when you're nervous, they get nervous.
when you're calm, they're calm.
apparently this also goes for an overwhelming sense of inadequateness.
everyone, even the horses can tell that i am not in a mental position to handle anything.
two, count'em, two horses under my charge in the past two days have taken off and dumped their riders off. one a first time rider, and the other a five year old.
imagine my delight and sense of responsibility for their accidents.

i just feel like everything [not everything, mainly in the social sphere] is so wholly inadequate to what the people around me need/see in me. i still just feel silly; like i am a silly person in their eyes.

and now the horses know.
dammit.

If you don't like the way that people see you, blind them. Preferably with science.
