HEY! HOLLAND!
what's the news up there? everyone has been quiet lately,
you'd tell me if there was a zombie war going on, right?
some things are just more important than school.
anyway, listen to some funny things that happened today:
I learned that Thursday is Darwin's birthday-- make sure you dress like your favorite adaptation to celebrate
I watched a woman get separated from her husband in a crowd and then she started looking around for him, but she saw that i was watching this happen so we had this moment together and started laughing from across the café as she kept searching for him (no worries, he just had gone around the corner when she wasn't looking) but we had a good laugh.
i compared 17th century spanish literature to the lion king AND aladdin, as well as a philosophy/ literary concept to kryptonite.
i almost fell off my treadmill at the gym because i was dancing to muscles. (shauna i should send you a running cd) there are reasons we attach the safety clip even if it's dorky.
I cooked a REALLY good omelet with tomatoes, asparagus, and feta (but that's not funny, it's delicious)
i love you guys...

ok
1. It would be really hard to contact you if there was a zombie war going on unless I had my phone inside the home depot i locked myself in. But I guess I would at least try and warn you...probably.
2. I already dressed as my fav adaptation for holloween, so we'll see what I can come up with.
3. that sounds wonderful. I'm glad she laughed with you and didn't scoff and try to pretend it didn't happen. I still would have laughed at her.
4. send me those papers...asap.
5. I kind of wish you would have, but not have gotten hurt, and that someone happened to be recording and put it up on youtube....
speaking of youtube, i make youtube videos now. sang is also trying to teach me a nick drake song on guitar. we filmed my lesson and you can watch it. i've also learned i love to edit videos. just youtube neonstreetlights and you'll get to my page. have a good laugh at my expense.
6. i'm not going to GR to countdown the last few hours of being 22. I hear 23 sucks, so I might as well start with a bang, right?
I miss you dearly. Like, a lot. Especially your laugh. If you could record it for me, that would be great. And yes, send me a running mix.
Birth to Earth.
